Clinical Training & Supervision Academy strives to provide high-quality educational experiences and professional services. Please review our refund policy before making a purchase.

Continuing Education Courses

Refund requests may be considered only if the course has not been substantially accessed or completed.

Once significant course content has been viewed or downloaded, refunds may no longer be available.

Membership Plans

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the subscription period has begun. Members may cancel future renewals according to their subscription settings.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments.

Clinical Supervision Sessions

Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be submitted in advance whenever possible.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may not qualify for a refund unless otherwise approved by CTA.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems that prevent access to purchased content, please contact our support team. We will make every effort to resolve the issue before considering a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually at the discretion of Clinical Training & Supervision Academy.
