CTA courses are designed primarily for California LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, LEPs, and registered associates. Each course page identifies the intended audience, course level, CE Hours, and completion requirements.
Yes. CTA’s asynchronous CE courses are designed for on-demand, self-paced learning. Learners still need to complete the required modules, quizzes, final assessment, and course evaluation within the access terms shown at purchase.
Where sequential progression is enabled, required lessons and modules must be completed in order before later content or assessments unlock.
The catalog includes California law and ethics, telehealth, suicide risk assessment, child abuse reporting, clinical supervision, disciplinary case analysis, substance dependency, HIV/AIDS, human sexuality, clinical assessment, and future exam-preparation programs.
No. Exam-preparation programs are separate educational products and do not provide continuing education credit unless a specific product page clearly states otherwise.

CTA’s standard course-completion workflow requires a minimum passing score of 70% unless an approved course page states a different requirement.
A certificate is generated only after all required lessons are complete, the final post-test is passed, and the mandatory course evaluation is submitted.
Certificates are designed to include the learner’s name, license or registration number, course title, completion date, CE Hours, provider information, administrator signature, and a unique verification code or ID.
CTA certificates use the term “CE Hours.”
Course-specific resources are intended to remain available to enrolled learners after completion unless the applicable course or access terms state otherwise.
Yes. CTA supports individual course purchases as well as bundles, annual memberships, and premium supervision programs.
The planned Clinical Excellence Annual All-Access Pass provides 12-month access to the eligible asynchronous CE library. Live individual and group supervision are excluded unless explicitly included in a separate package.
The platform is designed to support subscription management, including eligible upgrades and downgrades, through the member dashboard. Product-specific rules may apply.
Recurring membership and supervision payments are processed securely through the configured payment gateway. Billing frequency and renewal terms are shown before checkout.
Booking and supervision-portal access are designed to be restricted until the payment issue is resolved.

Supervision services are intended for California AMFTs, ASWs, and APCCs, subject to eligibility, fit, availability, and applicable licensing requirements.
The planned group subscription includes four weekly two-hour sessions per month and caps each session at eight associates to preserve meaningful participation.
Yes. Individual supervision is planned as a 60-minute session priced at $120, subject to availability and eligibility.
Eligible associates use the supervision portal or booking link connected to their active subscription or one-time purchase.
No. The scheduling system is designed to prevent booking after the eight-person capacity is reached.
